09 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
10 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
11 - 1 garlic clove, finely minced
12 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

13 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:
