# What you need:

01 - 16 cherry tomatoes
02 - 16 fresh basil leaves

→ Cheese

03 - 16 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)

04 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Rinse cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves thoroughly, then pat dry.
02 - Drain mini mozzarella balls to remove excess moisture.
03 - On each small skewer or toothpick, thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf (fold if large), and one mini mozzarella ball.
04 - Place assembled skewers evenly on a serving platter.
05 - Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze uniformly over the skewers.
06 - Lightly sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper over skewers. Serve immediately.
