03 - Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of the chocolate fudge mixture into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
04 - Carefully pour or spoon the vanilla frappuccino mixture over the fudge layer in each mold, filling to near the top.

06 - Briefly run the outside of the molds under warm water to loosen the pops. Carefully remove and serve immediately.

# Expert tips:

01 -
  • They taste like a fancy coffee shop frozen drink but cost a fraction of the price and taste even better because you made them.
  • The combination of espresso, vanilla, and fudge is genuinely addictive, and somehow feels both indulgent and refreshing at the same time.
02 -
  • Letting your coffee cool completely before mixing is non-negotiable because warm liquid will throw off your freezing time and potentially melt the chocolate you've already layered in.
  • Resist the urge to use dark chocolate unless you're really committed to a less sweet experience, because semisweet creates that perfect balance with the vanilla and coffee.
03 -
  • If your popsicle molds are flimsy or old, set them on a baking sheet before filling to avoid spills and make the whole freezing process more stable.
  • The secret weapon is using sweetened condensed milk because it prevents that rock-hard texture you get with regular ice pops, making these melt on your tongue instead.
