Recipe FAQs

What type of chocolate works best?

Semi-sweet chocolate chips provide a balanced sweetness and creamy texture, but dark or milk chocolate can be used based on preference.

Can nuts be omitted?

Yes, the nuts are optional. Omitting them creates a smooth, nut-free fudge that's still rich and flavorful.

How long should it chill?

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is fully set and firm enough to cut cleanly.

How is the fudge removed from the pan?

Using parchment paper with an overhang allows you to lift the fudge out easily before slicing into squares.

Can the fudge be stored long-term?

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks to maintain freshness and texture.
